By leveraging the strengths of both offerings, you will play a key role in helping our customers maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, guest experience, and brand protection through comprehensive solutions and innovative training programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive growth by selling EcoSure’s food safety, brand standards, guest experience and workplace safety audit programs, along with Lobster Ink’s digital learning solutions.
- Achieve sales budget targets, including profitability, and controlling expenses.
- Generate new opportunities by identifying and pursuing decision-makers at target accounts across foodservice, lodging, c-stores and retail sectors.
- Win new business by making corporate level sales calls, preparing presentations, doing demonstrations, and representing the company at national tradeshows, conferences or professional meetings.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting opportunities in Salesforce.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close agreements with new and existing customers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, developing and executing account plans to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate and support customer sponsored events to strengthen business relationships.
- Establish effective cross-divisional working relationships to grow customer opportunities.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and relevant work experience will be considered.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, prospecting senior-level stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including key sales and guest count drivers in the FSR, QSR, Lodging, C-Store, and Retail segments.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years).
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity.
**Preferred Competencies, Experience & Requirements**:
- Self-driven desire to win with a sense of urgency.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven and strategic thinking.
- Creativity in problem-solving with a positive and enthusiastic approach to exceed client expectations.
- Business/Financial Acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its training needs is a plus.
- Experience selling Software as a Service is a plus.
- Comfort with understanding and translating data analytics into actionable insights and customer recommendations.
- Ability to travel frequently.
