Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, General Insurance (Strategy and Product Management).**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement general insurance partnership strategies to support business and revenue growth
- Identify, analyse, and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the general insurance portfolio
- Develop and manage strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure efficient product distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of general insurance initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and recommend appropriate strategies to maximize opportunities
- Work closely with product development teams to manage the product lifecycle of general insurance products, from ideation to launch to retirement
- Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and messaging to support the launch of general insurance products

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the bancassurance or general insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the business model
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong partnerships with external and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
