**What you will do**:
Oversees required day-to-day activities of field technician team and resolves operational issues. Analyzes team performance and recommends changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensures safety compliance.
**How you will do it**:
- A customer-facing project management and technical role that is directly responsible for managing implementations of Sensormatic solutions in the Singapore region.
- Work with the sales and sales support teams and ensure all progress updates are communicated to internal stakeholders and customer stakeholders
- Project manage all implementations in the Singapore region and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Work with technical teams, both internal and in the subcontractor network to understand project risk and timelines
- Be an escalation point for customers and solution related issues when deploying Sensormatic solutions
- Responsible for building a high
- trust relationship with multiple levels within the Client environment. Work in partnership with Client, becoming a credible advisor on the **Sensormatic Solutions **and business optimization and sought as a key resource for resolution of complex business problems.
- Ensure customer escalations and implementation of services to customers and that the delivery of ongoing support post implementation
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the ongoing project implementation and rollout activities including negotiating with the customer on rollout timelines, network architecture, project deliverables and post sales technical advisor to the customer
- Meet with client(s) in person; Conduct reviews with the client that includes all aspects of the Sensormatic Solutions Services engagement. Maintain frequent, regular quality meetings with client(s) typically via weekly operations reviews involving on-site personnel if applicable; maintain and manage active Client Action Log in relation to current implementations
- Participate in regular team operational reviews to improve internal processes to ensure implementations are delivered on time and on budget
**What we look for**:
- Experience required in face to face interaction with Major account Customers in a Technical Operations/Service Delivery/Project Management role; handling issue resolution, implementation plans and general service delivery concerns, etc.
- Certified or experience with PMP or Prince 2 project management practices
- 5+ years’ experience in either pre or post sales project management role
- Experience with the delivery of technology solutions
- Significant experience and demonstrated ability to interact and present to clients.
