We are looking for new colleagues to join our fast-growing software division as Solution Product Manager

**How you will create an impact**:

- Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in software
- Develop innovative software solutions concepts for our clients with our UX designers, Solution Architects, and consultants
- Manage agile software delivery projects and project teams to ensure delivery in time, quality, and budget.
- Manage lifecycles of your software solutions
- Be involved from the start by drafting business proposals, identify synergies with existing solutions and determining project scopes and estimates

**About you**:

- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience in consulting or software product management
- You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts
- You have refined problem-solving skills to creatively translate business needs into digital solutions
- You have well - founded experience with IT project management and software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- You have the technical expertise create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers
- You are fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially Chinese, is a major advantage)

Ideally you have first or even comprehensive experience with
- Cloud Architecture, Systems Design & Interfaces, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps
- Designing data solutions on cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using best practices in cloud security and networking.
- Communication of complex technical information to a non-technical audience
