- Mon - Fri, 8AM - 4:30PM / Sat, 8AM - 12PM

**[ Job Description ]**

1) Organize jobs and Plan manpower allocation accordingly to Shipping Instruction or Packing Instruction and assist the operation while Supervisor away
2) Ensure all man wear correct and in good condition PPE. Conduct daily inspection as to ensure all members comply to in-house rules
3) Ensure all device is safe to use (any maintenance required been follow up), ensure is sufficient packing material
4) Ensure yesterday jobs/cargo's prepared is according to shipping instruction such as Label, Grade, Qty, store at correct designated storage lanes and preparation is comply to special instruction from customer etc.
5) Ensure yesterday recording document (tally sheet or delivery info) is reported correctly Qty/Grade/Lot is match with cargo's on the designated storage lanes reported
6) Ensure all abnormal cargo's been recorded,label and at correct location waiting for next instruction or process (rework or scrap or down grade)
7) Ensure SAP systems and post out delivery note or Tally sheet or delivery order is correct
