Jurong Island, Singapore Job Alpha Associates Full time

**Location**: West Area/ Jurong Island, Daily Company Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT. Or Take Public transport, Bus no 715 from Jurong East to Jurong Island.
- **Working Hrs**: Mon - Thursday: 8 am - 6 pm, Fridays: 8 am - 5 pm / 44 hrs work week.
- **Salary**:$4.8 - $6K, Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability
- **Remuneration**: 14 days annual leave with a Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

*** Only Those with Singapore Oil/Gas industry & **Primavera P6 Experience** and **Do NOT Need Any** **work pass**, need to apply.

**Requirement**:

- Only to those who DO Not require a Work pass, As Strictly NO Quota for it.
- Open to Singaporeans, willing to work in West Area
- Min **3-5 years** of work experience as a planner/ Scheduler in the Construction Industry.
- Good hands-on experience with **Primavera 6** and Microsoft Project for project scheduling
- Those from the Oil and gas industry added an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in the West Area / Jurong Island.

**Job Scope**:

- Gather pertinent data, perform related calculations, and analyze schedule impact, including critical path method (CPM).
- Produce and maintain good quality work on the project schedule, inclusive of frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress
- Able to develop progress reports, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (e.g., overall S-curve, plan vs actual table)
- Proactively engaged and communicated with the Construction Team on schedule matters for developing a quality schedule and updating the status
- Determine project requirements and estimate resources by allocating correct resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate between interdisciplinary for logical connection among activities.
- Prepare construction schedules, resources, and costs loaded with the governance of major project milestones stated in the project contract.
- Oversee the master schedule and highlight deviations that are critical enough to pay attention to the supervisor/project management team.
- Coordinate with the Contract Engineer on project progress claims matters.
- Interface with sub-contractors and client representatives to finalize the baseline schedule.
