Associate/senior Associate Global Baggage Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the daily baggage operations in Singapore and overseas stations.
- Investigate all baggage services and operational discrepancies in Singapore and overseas stations.
- Manage baggage mishandling disputes between Singapore and overseas.
- Support any baggage related systems and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer service.
- Provide baggage administrative support and training to new overseas stations and service partners.
- Ensure the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards of our service partners are maintained.
- Check on service partners’ work activities through on ground presence, processes and service audits.
- Assist in the role of Coordinator for SIA on all baggage matters with our business partners.
- Oversee the budget requirements for GBO and manage cost efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably some prior airline experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote and Outlook).
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with data, systems and digital tools.
- Possess a valid driving license.
