**Quality Assurance Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main quality contact for regional memory customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical and quality issues.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address product quality concerns.
- Track and analyze customer in-line and field quality trends.
- Coordinate Failure Analysis (FA) activities and communicate findings to customers.
- Support customer-driven quality initiatives, including audits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and meetings.
- Organize and participate in recurring quality review discussions.
- Prepare and share quality reports, issue logs, and meeting summaries with stakeholders.
- Oversee field failure rate management via 3rd-party OSV providers.
- Address quality issues during product qualification and manage PCNs.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Customer Support within the semiconductor or industrial electronics industry.
- Hands-on experience in FA/QA
- Skilled in handling failure analysis independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with customer design-in processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
