We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **International Desk, Offshore Acquisition.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for working with internal and external partners to maximize inbound referral business through the International Banking Centre, Digital remote journeys, and Business Development Managers. For South Asia, this would include Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines
- Work with relevant stakeholders to understand the conversion rates for referrals from and to partner and look at opportunities to improve the conversions and quality
- Work with Market Heads of their respective corridors to drive RM referrals and self-sourced to build a sustainable pipeline for acquisition
- Run collaborative initiatives in support of SG plans to become an international wealth hub.
- Design and enable rapid solutions for growth in response to market changes by resolving channel challenges and investigating their complaints or feedbacks with a view to recover service
Requirements
- The role holder should have 6+ years of relevant experience within a customer focused environment, with a track record on driving growth through collaboration and initiatives
- Dual language, English / Mandarin is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the retail banking landscape, and a good understanding of business functions in the context of offshore and international banking
- Experience in acquisition or business development strategy
- Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in non-face to face engagement
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with sensitivity towards various cultural backgrounds
- Efficient time management and project management skills, and ability to manage a diverse range of tasks under pressure
- Prior experience and deep knowledge of working with corridors is preferred
