**About Klick Health**

Here at Klick we are growing fast and we are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join us.

As a Recruiter reporting to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for the recruitment efforts across a variety of disciplines in in the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Hiring Managers to ensure deep understanding of the role and requirements
- Execute key talent insights to drive accountability and forward-thinking conversations ensuring optimal people competencies are aligned to overall business priorities in order to provide greater transparency and visibility to stakeholders.
- Execute effective and efficient sourcing, hiring & selection tools and resources to support business requirements and strategies.
- Suggest best practices for how talent acquisition is approached across the organization
- Research/make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through in-depth interviews and high offer-to-interview ratios
- Represent the organization at all times. With Pride; Passion; Enthusiasm, and Commitment

**Job Requirements**:

- Understanding of the various regions in the APAC area
- 3+ years experience in talent/talent acquisition with exposure to external hiring agencies
- Prior experience working as a recruiter for agency or marketing organization
- Results and solutions oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and solid judgment
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Prior experience in advertising agency or healthcare marketing
