Your Role:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for various positions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their hiring needs.
  • Source, candidates thoroughly and align them with client job specifications, through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate compatibility, and recommend top profiles to clients.
  • Deliver timely, service to both new and existing clients, ensuring deal closures.
  • Build your own clients by conducting active business development
