**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
- Assist with managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management platforms).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Passion for marketing and sales, with a creative mindset and a customer-centric approach.
