
Service Relations Officer

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day front desk reception duties including attending to phone call inquiries, administering registration, maintaining appointment schedules, closing and settlement, payment collection
- Provide financial counselling
- Follow-up on outstanding amount
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
**Requirement**
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- 2 years’ working experience in administration and/or receptionist role
- Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset
- Meticulous and organised with attention to detail
- Hard working and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
**Work Hours and Location**
- 5.5 work week
- Monday to Saturday
- Upper Thomson / Bukit Timah
