**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Focus (80%)**
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the **industrial sector**(e.g., manufacturing, construction, energy, facilities).
- Sell rental solutions for industrial equipment, including pumps, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

**Client Engagement & Relationship Building**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Understand client operations and propose tailored rental solutions that meet technical and operational needs.

**Operational & Technical Support (20%)**
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of rental projects.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to recommend appropriate equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting efforts as needed.

**Role Purpose**:

- **Drive new customer acquisition**and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Leverage your **sales instincts and people skills**to thrive in a competitive, industrial-focused environment.
- Transition your experience in **high-volume sales**into a technical, solution-based sales role with long-term growth potential.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred, but not mandatory for strong sales performers.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in **industrial solution sales**.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to hunt, close deals, and exceed targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn technical aspects of rental equipment and industrial systems.
