**Your role**
- Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- review and process incoming client static maintenance requests from our internal clients (e.g., client advisors, client account manager and Compliance)
- provide client advisors and client account manager support with client account static management
- ensure that the static requests are updated in the system with accuracy and according to bank procedures
- offer advice and support to our internal clients (e.g., client advisors, client account manager and Compliance) when carrying out administrative tasks in connection with client care, like blocking of accounts, temporary unblocking review, client attributes static changes, retained mail dispatch and internal account static changes

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Account Data Management team in Singapore. We provide client account data management services to Wealth Management HK/SG across the full client lifecycle, including post-account opening maintenance, existing client static maintenance and system setup for services such as investment services and e-banking

**Your expertise**
- Your experience and skills
- You have:
- a university degree in business or engineering, preferably with some programing experiences

You are:
- a self-starter who can work well with mínimal supervision
- methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- results-oriented worker, with the ability to set priorities
