You will be involved throughout the lifecycle of Collaboration solutions with our customers. You will design, consult, and answer all questions related to the technical specifications and features of the products and solutions. You will develop, implement, fine-tune, and document the Collaboration solutions and excel in troubleshooting. You will write, present, fine-tune and develop solutions. Furthermore, you will develop workshops and training and conduct them onsite at the customer’s location.

**Requirement**
- UC user administration, dial plans, **UC infrastructure**:

- Establish UC Manager performance features
- **SIP, **MGCP, ISDN, Fax protocol
- Webex / Roomkit / SX / MX series setup
- Interoperability with Microsoft, Zoom, and Cisco
- Cisco IOS XE, Cisco Router, Cisco Catalyst

**Other Information**:

- **3 - 5 years of experience specifically in unified communication and video projects**:

- **Willingness and initiative to lead in projects, troubleshooting, and architecting UC solutions**:

- **CCNA Collaboration certification is required**:

- Good to have Programming knowledge in REST API, and Python
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
