**Position : Content Creator & Studio Assistant**

(Full-time/ Intern depending on job experience, Full time position)

We are looking for a creative, friendly, and responsible person to join Toppingskids

**Responsibilities**

This position is required to handle two different segments together - Creating content and artworks while maintaining the smooth operations. Key roles include product display, studio visual, stock management, assisting customers with product knowledge, creating content/ artwork for products, studio, promotions, etc. You will ensure our space is welcoming and impeccably organized, while delivering outstanding customer service to anyone who walks into the Studio. You will also support a variety of tasks that enhance the studio’s functionality and overall customer experience.
- Creating marketing materials, design images/ campaign banner/ filming and editing videos/ newsletters for our website, IG, marketplaces and offline events with in-depth understanding about the product, brand, our audience and trend.
- Product shoots, creating content, advertising executions and any other visual projects in line with brand building or marketing activities
- Designing physical products such as in-house goods, packaging, and etc.
- Creating product pages with detailed information and visual content
- Greet and interact with customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
- Stay informed about our product offerings and weekly promotions.
- Maintain product displays, stock taking, and the overall appearance of the studio.
- Prepare the studio and decorate the space in line with events, themes, or festivities as required.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure the studio is clean and inviting.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficient at Adobe, Illustration, Video editing tools, Photoshop etc.
- Video filming, editing, and boosting for IG/TikTok
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- An outgoing personality, enjoys interacting and connecting with people
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to work both independently, efficient, fast, responsible, trustworthy and able to meet timelines
- Able to handle multiple projects at one time
- Possess a keen eye for detail, creativity and an interest in lifestyle, trends and kids products
- Communicative, responsive, teachable and willing to learn
- Knowledge of E-commerce (Shopify) is a plus
- Proficiency in Korean may be preferred to facilitate interpreting Korean into English for product descriptions and to enable direct communication with suppliers in Korea

**Remark**

Internships can be turned to full time positions if qualified.
