**Salary & Benefits**:
Basic Salary + Housing Allowance + Lunch Allowance = **$2800 - $3200**

**Work Location**:
FoodXchange, Admiralty

**Working Hours**:
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the daily operations of the cake department, including:

- Cake production (batter mixing, cake decoration, custom cakes, etc.)
- Designing seasonal and festive-themed cakes
- Quality control to ensure products meet standards
- Staff training to enhance team skills
- Supervising workflow and optimizing production efficiency

**Job Requirements**:
At least **5 years** of cake production experience, proficient in batter mixing, cake decoration, and custom cake design
At least **2 years** of supervisory experience with team management skills
Ability to design cakes based on seasonal and festive themes
Basic English communication skills
Responsible, with a strong focus on food safety and quality
