**Responsibilities**
- night shift & six-day Work
- Daily preparation, production and decoration of breads
- Able to handle heavy loading and mixing of ingredients
- Able to work with colleagues in a fastpaced environment
- Manage and maintain hygiene standards
- Factory experience is preferred

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven 3-5 years head chef experience as baker or relevant role (factory kitchen environment)
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Organizing and leadership skills
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
- Able to work on weekends & PH

**Salary**： SGD1900-SGD2000

6 days work per week
