
Sales Operation Executive

Aviation Training Center located Changi.
**Responsibilities**:
Facilitate and manage training programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
Prepare quotations, proposals and draft contracts
Support training-related enquiries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper scheduling and maintenance planning for Simulator Flight activities.
- Perform data analysis, track program completion, and ensure alignment.
Provide assistance to trainees/pilots, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.
Assist in executing various company events and activities, such as airshows and exhibitions.
Collaborate with different teams and company resources to achieve efficient and stable sales outcomes.
Create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn and company website)
Conduct research to provide valuable insights and support the business development team.
Perform administrative tasks
Establish and maintain positive relationships with hotels for contracts and scheduling
Arrange transportation for overseas customers and guests.
Ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the planned timeline.
**Requirements**:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years sales marketing or business development related experience,
preferably within the aviation or aviation training industry.
A multi tasker with good time management and can do attitude
Detail-oriented with ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Preferably available immediately or on short notice.
