**Primary Role
The primary role of the IT Applications Manager is to lead the projects of ICC Academy’s technology portfolio. Develop a deep understanding for business processes, rules and corresponding data flows and system impacts. Have a desire and ability to work with the organization's most critical systems, services, and data. Work closely with the Technology Director on the enhancements of Learning Management, e-Commerce, Student Information System, and exam proctoring platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as LMS technical lead to the customers and users for all technical queries, analyse issues, develop a trouble shooting policy and research/implement resolutions.
- Configure the LMS platform to commercial model requirements and manage the integrations with other related platforms (e-Commerce, proctoring, certification etc.,).
- Proactively monitor the payments to provide support on the eCommerce platform and the payment gateways.
- Research, identify, design, and implement new technology solutions to support Academy’s ambitions and future requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of incidents/requests are done timely.

**Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, implementation, and support. Experience in data analysis and visualization is preferred.
- Possess in-depth knowledge / expert of SQL Database (MySQL & MS SQL), PHP, MVC/Web services, REST API, Ajax, JQuery and JavaScript Framework.
- Hands-on, all-rounded, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills. Strong desire to continually enhance technical skills.
- Familiar with data analytics solution, Microsoft technologies, Business Intelligence will be an advantage.
- Should have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Team player and be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcome.
- Self-starter, rapidly learn new skills and new technologies; able to plan, organize work priorities for self or team with little oversight.
