**Job Description
Job Requirements
- Provide end-user supports, resolving technical issues to users in the Asia Pacific region
- Set up equipment for new employees or for needs from the group’s operation with specific requirement
- Review infrastructure, perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
- Managing contractors and service providers, equipment procurement and maintenance
- Work closely with other teams to complete the assigned projects and tasks; implement projects when they arise with global IT
- Regular review of security of all networks, and infrastructure of Asia Pacific region and identify risk
- Quickly identify and escalate issues as appropriate
- Adheres to all corporate or global IT standards
- Point of contact with global IT for all IT issues
- Any Ad-hoc assignment assigned to him

**Qualifications and Prerequisite**

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

2. Microsoft or Cisco Certifications preferred

3. Minimum five years proven experience in IT support

4. Comprehensive knowledge in maintaining Windows / Mac office

5. Experience managing Service Level Agreements with ISP’s and

contractors

6. Experience with VoIP / Smartphones

7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

8. Willing to work under pressure, and work at night to liaise with

Global IT when necessary

9. Self-motivation with excellent interpersonal skills
