**Responsibilities**:

- Architect and oversee implementation of enterprise IAM and PAM solutions including SailPoint and CyberArk.
- Lead end-to-end incident response lifecycle, including threat detection, containment, forensic investigation, and remediation.
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and operational best practices aligned with industry frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Administer EDR, DLP, WAF, and other layered defense solutions across distributed systems and endpoints.
- Spearhead vulnerability management and risk assessment efforts using industry-standard tools and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with IT operations to ensure secure infrastructure deployment, including AD/Azure, O365, and cloud integrations.
- Conduct internal security audits, support external assessments, and lead remediation plans for identified gaps.
- specialized knowledge in managing endpoint and network security infrastructure across enterprise environments.
- Mentor cybersecurity teams, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across security operations.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with extensive experience in cybersecurity, identity access management, and infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of PAM/IAM tools (CyberArk, SailPoint), EDR platforms (Sentinel One), and SIEM solutions (Splunk).
- Demonstrated ability to integrate IAM ( Identity and Access Management) solutions with cloud platforms (Azure, O365) and on-prem systems to support hybrid identity architectures.
- Experience with cloud security, Zero Trust models, and hybrid infrastructure defense strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, MAS TRM, or NIST.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
- Exposure to banking/financial domain regulatory compliance standards.
