- Identify opportunities, manage and develop existing and new business collaboration
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide good customer service, follow up, answers and reply on sales enquiries
- Manage and be responsible for the growth of our company e-commerce platforms / marketplaces
- Develop and implement e-commerce online campaigns to drive sales conversion
- Handle uploading / updating of products on the website, edit photos to ensure products displayed correctly
- Monitor and ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all third-party E-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions
- Periodic activity reporting and forecasting to Director.
- Support the team in any ad-hoc duties from time to time
- You must be energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce operation / managing content using Shopee and Lazada.
- Organized and meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Highly initiative with positive energy
- Able to work independently and in teams

Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 5.30pm (1hour lunch break in between)

Sat: 9.00am to 1pm (may work from home)
