- Order and inventory management of food supplies, ensure sufficient stocks and no out-of-stock situation
- Assist in washing / drying of all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments etc.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely, correctly and kept in good working condition at all times.
- Ensure storage of ingredients and food items and preparation/storage of food is according to food safety standards
- Assist Head Chef in Kitchen operations including menu planning and costing, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality.
- Maintain a hygienic kitchen and personal hygiene
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
- Kitchen experience is mandatory
- Able to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Can start work in short period of time.
