**Responsibilities**
- Establish excellent working relationships with new or existing clients and stakeholders in accordance to company’s service standards
- Execute routine maintenance checks that require immediate attention, repairs or replacements
- Attend to clients’ daily feedbacks or complaints on any maintenance issues
- Liaise with external contractors to facilitate repairs, damages and replacements
- Update the maintenance checklist when any repairs or replacements are carried out
- Prepare monthly and annual general meetings to update the clients on the current progress of their assigned projects and suggest new improvements
- Provide professional advice to clients on estate practices based on legal framework and regulations as suggested by the governing bodies
- Perform administration duties such as preparation of minutes, purchasing orders, updating maintenance schedules, and write up of respective reports

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Building/Real Estate/Property Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
