**What You’ll Do**
- Provide a welcoming, attentive customer experience that reflects Maison Garden ethos
- Assist with in-store product styling, gift wrapping, and floral/gift recommendations
- Manage POS, handle transactions, and ensure accurate stock entry
- Learn and share product knowledge including our curated lifestyle brands, flowers, and _café offerings_
- Support daily store operations: cleaning, restocking, light flower care or café coordination as needed
- Meet sales goals
- Assist in store displays and festive/promotional activations

**Who You Are**
- Local
- Friendly, service-oriented, and proactive — with good spoken English
- Passionate about flowers, lifestyle products, or café culture
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Prior retail, café, or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible with rostered weekends and public holidays
