**JOB TITLE**: Vice President, Product

**REPORTING TO**:CEO

**IN BRIEF**
- Oversee the development of our Products and deliver all product aspects of the company's strategy; drive and lead the development and maintenance of all our products and solutions.
- You will be part of our senior leadership team and manage the design of scalable products efficiently to increase EVYD's competitive advantage.
- You will work closely with external stakeholders to identify product opportunities, gaps and market fit, and will work collaboratively with teams to ensure the product roadmap adheres to and fits business goals and needs of the company.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Product Strategy and Roadmap.
- Ensure Products are developed and delivered according to requirements, with consistency in UI/UX and according to brand guidelines.
- Product requirement documents, including Product Architecture.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Uphold the company's vision in all activities.
- Responsible for Product realization in project delivery.
- Develop concepts, define user journeys, brief prototypes, form hypotheses and run experiments; and develop the business case for new products and improvements to existing products.
- Guide the development and execution of strategies and plans for product platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve product policies, procedures and standards.
- Participate in internal and external support for activities related to sales, marketing, services, and other departments. Present product demos and product pitch to external and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritise product features, manage backlog and own the product roadmap. Work together with Project Management to ensure project timelines are met.
- Work closely with stakeholder groups to understand and gather product requirements.
- Oversee UI/UX development and ensure Products are consistent across EVYD with a similar look and feel in conformance to our brand standards.
- Work closely with User Adoption and Engagement Department to continuously improve Products.
- Work closely with Medical Function to ensure Products are an effective delivery tool to Clients.
- Awareness and monitoring of the market and competitor landscape.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Based in location of business for key accounts (Or be dispatched to the project site half a year).
- 8 - 10 years of experience leading a Product function in a technology company, preferably in the healthcare and/or healthtech sector(s).
- In-depth knowledge of product, design and product operations.
- Strong experience in leading product teams across several countries and guiding technical strategy from concepts to implementation.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem solver and attention to detail.
- Strong desire and motivation to ensure our Products deliver the best possible health solutions to our customers through technology.
- Proven track record of facilitating cross-departmental issue identification, problem-solving, and resolution.
- Keen eye for design details and excellent UI/UX design.
- Ability to speak, read and write excellent English is required.
