DESIGNATION : Research Associate (18-month contract), YPHSL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting research team in monitoring progress based on projected project milestones
- Facilitate the recruitment of participants in research project
- Supervising research assistants in logístical arrangements for experiments
- Assist in drafting reports and updates where required by MOE
- Working with research team in ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and in collection of data
- Collaborate with researchers in analysis of data and conducting literature research
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in social sciences or organizational behavior
- Prior training in dispute resolution (including mediation, conflict management or negotiation) or incommunication studies will be an advantage
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in social sciences research methods and statistical analysis (using SPSS or similar software) will be an advantage
- Experience in conducting independent research projects in any social science or dispute resolution area will also be an advantage
