**Title: Operations Analyst - Client Service**

**Duration: 6 Months**

**Location: Singapore**

**Key responsibilities include**:
1) Manage the end-to-end client contact lookback to ensure that it is completed on time and accurately.
3) Check system for evidence that the prior contact update had been performed correctly
5) Complete the required updates accurately in the system
6) Prepare weekly progress updates for management
7) Collect, process, analyze data to support decision making and track performance
8) Prepare presentations, reports and develop dashboards to clearly and easily display findings
9) Support any other tasks assigned by hiring manager

**Experience**
- Ability to work accurately with numerical and textual data
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, time management, problem solving, interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Good knowledge of excel macros / Power BI / SQL / Tableau
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Team player
- A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects
- Innovative and open minded, maintaining a professional & positive attitude at all times
- Able to work under pressure & challenges
- Preferably a few 2 or more years of banking experience.
