Singapore- Work Type: Full Time**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Country Manager in LittleLives will be the heart of the business in the country. You will establish and manage key business functions including New Customer Account Acquisition, Strategic Partner Development, Key Account Management, Growth Markets, Operations and Talent Recruitment, with full P&L Responsibility.

**Here's what in store**:

- New Customer Acquisition
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
-Innovate growth strategy through new business streams by analyzing market strategies, market potentials and propose high value products

Key Account Management
Develop and maintain C-level relationships with the key accounts
-Focus on retention of clients by establishing a consultative and trusted adviser relationship that focuses on growing Customer Lifetime Value for our clients
-Communicate the needs of the customers, along with feedback to the relevant Product Management Team and identify new business opportunities and capitalize on them

Team Building and People Management
Recruit and manage staff including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training
-Create an inspiring and target driven culture within your team driven by solutions and constantly raising the bar

Strategic Partner Development
Be LittleLives ambassador by engaging with local preschool and education community and responding to opportunities as they arise
-Champion the connection with key education and technology government bodies (ECDA, IMDA, ASSETS MOE) in Singapore
-Locate or propose potential business opportunities by contacting potential strategic partners; discovering and exploring opportunities with them

P&L and Full Operation Metric Responsibilities

Manage budget of the country and ensure healthy financial health
-Prepare bi-weekly report to inform HQ about the performance index of the market
-Analyse customer and business data to forecast potential opportunities and threats while setting appropriate strategies to grow the business and team

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for people with
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
-Great vision, self motivated, excellent drive and enthusiastic
-Good planning and organizational skills
-Ability to work calmly under pressure
-Good IT, budget and report writing skills
-Excellent communication and people skills with effective command in English and Chinese
-Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multitask in a fast paced environment
-Strong interest in Tech and Education
-1-2 years of relevant experience of leading team and expanding market
