Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- Our Regional CRM team creates impactful CRM campaigns to engage and retain Shopee users, enhancing their experience and lifetime value. We design personalised customer journeys, collaborate with local teams to deliver campaigns seamlessly, and analyse results to constantly improve. With a focus on innovation, we refine content and share best practices, helping local markets deliver meaningful and effective campaigns.
- Drive CRM campaigns across markets to attract, engage, and retain Shopee's users, enhancing their lifetime value
- Design and implement automated customer journeys with relevant content and various communication channels within Shopee’s marketplace, including different business pillars based on test insights and user/market understanding
- Manage BAU automated campaign schedules and tasks through collaboration with local markets to ensure the campaign execution is completed accurately and on time
- Analyse campaign performance and brainstorm ideas for improvement with a focus on aligning campaigns with company and local market goals
- Support markets with guidelines and best practices for local teams to execute campaigns using CRM tools to deliver their campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field
- Experience in the eCommerce or tech industry is a plus
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights that drive decisions
- Strong in multi-tasking and able to manage projects end to end
- Self-driven individual, ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact
