Big Campaigns Associate, Business Development
The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic, constantly seeking new business opportunities to make Shopee the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. These teams aim to offer Shopee’s buyers a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
About the team:
The Big Campaigns team, part of the Business Development function, drives Shopee’s major campaigns (e.g., Double-Digit Mega Campaigns, 15MMS, 25SSS, Category Campaigns). We collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute high-impact, data-driven campaigns that engage users and achieve business results.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Business Development Associate. This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in e-commerce, campaign execution, and strategic project management.
Job Description
Plan and execute major campaigns from start to finish (e.g., Double-Digit Mega Campaigns, 15MMS, 25SSS, Category Campaigns)
Translate commercial goals into strategies (e.g., discount structures, seller requirements)
Work with internal teams to secure deals and ensure smooth execution
Monitor campaign performance using dashboards, identify issues, and suggest improvements
Collaborate with BI, Marketing, and Business Development teams to enhance outcomes through data insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and campaign management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional experience is a plus
Experience in e-commerce, consulting, or program management is a bonus
