- Maintain detailed records of motherboard repair processes, including diagnosis, repair actions, and test results.
- Update service reports and database accurately for inventory management and tracking purposes.
- Work closely with the technical team to collaborate on complex repair issues and share knowledge and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide status updates and progress reports.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while handling sensitive electronic components.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirement
- Education requirement - minimum NITEC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- With a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to read and understand electrical schematics diagrams/blueprints.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of laptop/desktop/AIO/PCB repair.
- Proven experience as a motherboard and laptop repair technician or in a similar electronics repair role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- A passion for technology and a continuous desire to learn and improve technical skills.
