**Job Scope**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices (With or without motherboard experience)
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed LYK Repair quality standards
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations phone repair. Responsibilities:

- Repairing of mobile phones / MacBook; LCD, Battery, spare parts replacement
- Able to Diagnosis & Repair Motherboard is an advantage to salary range.
- Provide actual diagnosis for clients - Ensuring work area are clean
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Any educational level is welcome.
- Min 2-3 years of mobile repair experiences.
- Able to work retail hours, 6-day work week, weekends, and public holidays.
- Self-motivated. and team player

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
