Senior Developmental Therapist
Are you a therapist who’s not just looking for a job, but a purpose?
Do you dream of building meaningful programmes and shaping the future of therapy services for children and families?
If so, we invite you to step into a unique leadership opportunity with Total Communication Therapy.
**About Us**
With over 15 years of trusted service, Total Communication Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric intervention centre serving both Singaporean and international families. Our team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educational therapists support children with developmental challenges including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, speech-language delays, dyslexia, and more.
We are entering a new season—a time to build, refine, and reimagine how therapy can change lives. We’re looking for a strong, committed, and visionary professional to build with us.
**Your Role: Building & Leading with Purpose**
As our Senior Developmental Therapist / Programmes Director, you will be a cornerstone in both clinical work and programme leadership. Your role blends therapeutic practice with innovation and strategic development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide direct therapy services to children and adolescents (age 4 to young adult), specialising in developmental and learning-related challenges.
- Work closely with the Clinical Director to shape and implement centre-wide programmes.
- Design, evaluate, and refine intervention models that align with best practices and evolving client needs.
- Supervise and support junior clinicians in their clinical growth and case management.
- Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated, outcome-driven therapeutic pathways.
- Participate in stakeholder outreach (schools, parent groups, educators) to communicate the vision and effectiveness of our programmes.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
A seasoned therapist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in pediatric or adolescent developmental therapy (speech-language, occupational, educational, or psychology-related).
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring or guiding other clinicians.
- An individual with a builder’s heart—innovative, proactive, and ready to take ownership of growth and excellence.
- Experience or interest in programme design and strategic planning.
- Someone who shares our values of integrity, professionalism, empathy, and resilience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; confident in liaising with parents, teachers, and allied professionals.
**Why Join Us?**
- Be part of a respected, values-driven organization rooted in clinical excellence and compassion.
- Collaborate with like-minded professionals who believe in building, not just surviving.
- Opportunity to shape the future of therapy services through creative programme leadership.
- Supportive leadership, flexible environment, and long-term vision.
- Attractive salary (commensurate with experience) + professional development support.
**How to Apply**:
We’re excited to meet someone who wants to build with us and leave a meaningful impact.
