Customer Success Manager

Build and implement strategies and plans for our Financial Markets account base to drive revenue retention, adoption of our services and client engagement. Deliver highly engaging customized workflow-based customer engagements and provide thought leadership in order to strengthen customer relationships. Build deep relationships with key customer partners to drive engagement strategy, build "LSEG advocates" and most significantly, trust with our clients. Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, renewals and execution of customer success plans. Develop lead generation tactics and insights to ensure continued revenue generation opportunities.

Participate in industry events alongside the team to develop networking, brand presence, and stay up to date on industry trends. Collaborate with sales leadership to provide insights on customer health with a focus on adoption, expansion opportunities and renewals. Provide insights to Market Development, Customer Operations and Customer Proposition on customer experience and industry trends to drive the voice of the client in business strategy. Work towards the overall vision and strategy of the Customer Success Management Group.
