Parable is a brand and space atelier. Since 2016, we have been inspiring thoughtful design and meaningful lifestyles through our work with brands in the hospitality, retail and F&B industries. **The Role**

We are looking for a dynamic individual highly gifted in the art of systematically multi-tasking amidst a barrage of jokes, noise, and playful fun. We need you to understand that work can also be play, and vice-versa. Most importantly, we need you to keep a straight face when challenged with never-ending conversations about cryptocurrency and the end of the financial system as we know it.

More seriously, we’re looking for someone who:

- Possesses a multidisciplinary, varied skillset - must-haves include graphic, brand, web design/development, and comms design experience (ideally with some experience in the finance sector)
- Has experience in annual report-making and infographics, ideally in the finance/legal industry
- Is articulate, eloquent, and comfortable with strategy, branding, and copy
- Is comfortable with responding quickly to client feedback and able to work systematically and repetitively

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Undertake market and general research to supplement the studio’s strategic responses to client briefs proposals for both client work and the studio’s own creative undertakings at the direction of team directors and project leads.
- Support and collaborate with team members across disciplines to integrate and execute design proposals for both client work and the studio’s own creative undertakings at the direction of team directors and project leads.
- Deliver original, non-plagiarised creative concepts and execution for internal selection and review, as well as for eventual external presentation to clients and partners, within but not limited to the following realms: brand suite design, web design, packaging design, experience and environmental design, and collaterals that support the studio’s own internal creative endeavours.
- Attend and participate in alignment meetings and working sessions with clients and/or contractors on behalf of the studio.
- Where needed, to liaise with and manage contractors and vendors on behalf of the studio and/or clients for the successful execution and delivery of project.
- Manage personal timelines and workflow to ensure smooth delivery of design deliverables (for both internal review and external submission) in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**
- A design qualification
- 2 years of working experience in a design/branding outfit (agency or boutique)
