**What you will be working on**
- You will be reporting to the Team lead, NSA Policy Development. In this role, you will be part of the team to provide assistance, administrative and logístical support to the Shared Services Office (SSO) and Partnership Teams in servicing the NSAs. In this role, you will: 1. Support the Shared Services Office in the following initiatives: - Coordinate with the identified NSAs for SSO engagements to launch shared book-keeping services;
- To assist in taking minutes of meeting during SSO engagements with these NSAs;
- Assist to track the rotation schedules of the SPM Trainees hired under the SSO - Assist as point-of-contact for SPM Trainees queries on curriculum and learning plan (which will be surfaced to the relevant Divisions); and - Assist in other areas of administration as required by the SSO. 2. Provide support to Sports Performance Manager (SPM) on NSA Administration, which includes: - Coordinating NSA engagements (may include, but mot limited to, engagements on Return to Competition) and note-taking;
- Provide other support to SPM on matters of athlete carding, bench-marking and other NSA requests
