- Coordinate HR for hiring.
- Conduct Mystery Shopper surveys.
- Submit accurate monthly reports.
- Prepare Customer Effort Scorecard (CES) and CSAT.
- Analyze results, enhance service quality.
- Create efficient Training Plans. Manage approved budget.
