High Seas Entertainment is a luxury yacht charter company that provides high-end services to clients looking to rent a yacht for a special occasion or vacation. We are seeking experienced and professional Yacht Captains to join our team.

As a Yacht Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the vessel, as well as the comfort and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the yacht in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Plan and execute safe and efficient voyages, including the preparation of navigation plans and the selection of appropriate routes and destinations
- Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs and preferences are met
- Coordinate with the crew to ensure that all onboard activities are conducted safely and efficiently
- Maintain the vessel in a clean and well-maintained condition
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the yacht's systems and equipment
- Manage the vessel's inventory and supplies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Yacht Captain or equivalent position
- Valid Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English
