**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in target regions such as Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the arms industry or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and passport.

**Join Our Team**:
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Lavender (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Lavender: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
