**The Job**

We are seeking a passionate and personable Retail Associate to assist guests and customers within our first gallery. The gallery is located inside our first flagship multi-concept space spanning a whopping 19,052.12 sqft in Central Singapore, comprising of our new staff office, café, gallery, and many more.

The successful Retail Associate should be impeccably well-groomed, speak in clear and professional languages, and assist our guests and customers genuinely. At XM, we aim to provide a long and lasting impression to all guests and customers to make our multi-concept space a place to return to.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the gallery
- To provide assistance to guests and customers including: Receiving walk-in guests and customers, directing guests and customers to the various parts of our gallery, sharing the expertise of products, and providing sales recommendations
- Provide the general upkeeping of visual merchandising display in our gallery, ensuring outstanding cleanliness and maintenance of the store
- Perform sales transactions, delivery orders, upselling of products, and cashiering duties
- Maintaining housekeeping and inventory duties
- Handling of telephonic queries and feedbacks
- Manage the delivery of services to guests consistent with the company’s core service standards, brand attributes, and compliance
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management
**What You'll Bring**
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in relevant field: Retail, Visual Merchandising, Front of House, Service & Hospitality, or Air-stewarding, etc
- Vibrant, energetic, and have a cheerful personality with a proven ability to work well independently and within a team
- Sales driven and enthusiastic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with working in a fun-dynamic but fast-paced environment; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality

Part-time hours: 35 per week
