The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year structured programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training, and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure, and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. You can look forward to:

During the 2-year programme, you will go through at least 1 job rotation to further your exposure across Keppel Capital’s businesses in a variety of functions:
Job Rotations [Sustainability]- Sustainability / Investor Relations- Asset Management
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside Keppel Capital’s listed REITs and Trust to develop and execute ESG strategy and initiatives that are aligned with Keppel Group- Prepare ESG updates to stakeholders including board of directors, senior management and key executives- Coordinate with various departments to monitor progress towards achieving ESG goals/ targets- Prepare sustainability reports in alignment with global reporting standards- Partner investor relations team to prepare ESG-related presentations and materials for the investment community- Keep abreast of sustainability related developments and trends- Perform gap analysis to improve ESG ratings/ benchmarks/ indices- Drive sustainability enhancement initiatives and stakeholder outreach efforts
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Degree in related discipline (e.g. sustainability, environment or social science) or knowledge of key sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g. GRI, UN SDG, GRESB, TCFD)- Creative self-starter with an outgoing personality, and a team player- Critical thinker with strong analytical ability- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word- Excellent written and oral communication, as well as superior research, networking and interpersonal skills- Fast learner, ability to work independently, multi-task and execute efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
