Description of KAP Programme at KLL:
The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year customised programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. During the 2-year programme, you will have the opportunity to take on at least 2 distinct and customised roles with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel Land’s key businesses and functions. Keppel Associates may also be offered overseas assignments based on business needs. Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be invited to participate in stretched projects organised either by the Group or within the Keppel Land business unit you are in as part of your development. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into coveted leadership programme at Keppel Land and/or Group level should you meet the enrolment criteria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Business or any other relevant discipline with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills- High motivation with strong learning ability- Alignment with Keppel’s core values and operating principles
