Position Summary
This position will provide strategic directions and grow the Mobile eXperience business. He/she shall be responsible for leading market development, sales processes and market share.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
- Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
- Sales target management by channel - Determine the optimal sales target that will drive continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners) and encourage employee morale.
- Sales strategy setting by channel - Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products.
- Sales execution - Manage sales in ways that focuses on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts.
- Channel monitoring and risk management - Manage the building of trust with channel accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth.
- Stays current with industry trends and monitors strengths and weaknesses of competition; explore new business opportunities
- Cross functional team collaboration to achieve synergistic and best outcomes with cohesive team spirit
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing
- Min 15 years of sales and marketing experience or retail management in B2C space with Telco experience
- Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, challenger mindset and detail-oriented
- Good commercial sense and sharp business acumen
- Highly independent and self-driven but strong collaborator
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sales, retail or marketing experience in a consumer technology business would be an advantage
