We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager who’ll join us and help us improve all aspects of finance and risk management.

What you'll be doing
- Designing and implementing the FinCrime and Compliance Testing Programme, including risk assessments, control testing, and assurance planning
- Conducting assurance reviews and testing using advanced data analytics
- Establishing automated queries and dashboards to drive more frequent testing and informative insights
- Improving compliance processes by identifying gaps in regulatory adherence and standards
- Executing project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, including process updates, documentation, and/or training
- Managing multiple local or cross-border reviews and reporting on findings
- Challenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and processes
- Using data analytics to identify actionable insights, which result in material enhancements to the control environment

What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience working within a fintech, traditional financial institution, or regulatory body
- 3+ years of experience in assurance or internal/external audit, focusing on risk and compliance domains
- Relevant compliance qualifications, such as a CAMS Certification
- Proven ability to analyse large data sets and extract actionable insights
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent problem-solving mindset and collaborative working style
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way
- An interest in compliance and willingness to deepen your knowledge
- Familiarity with creating and using test scripts and procedures
