**Responsibilities**:

- Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification
- Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths in order to meet equipment specification
- Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability
- Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
- Support other internal departments to handle customers’ process related issues and recommend technical solutions
- Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies
- Transfer process knowledge to in house Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Equipment UPH projection calculation base on specific process parameter

**Job Requirements:

- Degree in Production / Mechanical / Material Science Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background
- Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes
- Experience in process design and control in the area of laser marking process
- Knowledge in Material Science will be added advantage
- Knowledge in cycle time calculation
- Trained in SPC, DOE and other statistical tools
