**Job Description**:
**STAr Technologies, Inc **. is currently looking for talented Senior/Junior Application Engineers to join our Parametric Applications Engineering team in Singapore.

This team will look after our accounts in the Semiconductor Test and Device Measurements. Join the team and work together with our account manager to close opportunities by providing technical expertise consultation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Presales Consultant, Working with Sales and Customers
- Helping close the business by executing the technical tasks required such as an In-depth understanding of the technical requirements of an opportunity.
- In-depth understanding of STAr’s product portfolio, its capability, and its limitation. Keeping track of competitive products
- Creation and demonstration of Proof of Concepts and performance benchmarks in support of large sales opportunities. Quick sales assistance/consulting. Joint customer visits / web-meetings / conference calls. Opportunity qualification (accelerate Go / No Go decisions based on technical feasibility, estimated effort, and risk analysis)
- Opportunity consulting and proposal of system architectures and test configurations
- Support on Application Test Program and Hardware Development.
- Machine on-site installation, commissioning, training, etc.
- Technical support on R&D Design activities.
- Provide feedback, including product, competition, and market feedback to product marketing and R&D

**Requirements**:
For Senior Application Engineer Role
- Minimum graduate degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering
- 3 to 5 years and above of experience in Semiconductor Test and Measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a team player
- Good ability to understand customer needs
- Able to travel for work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English

For Application Engineer Role
- Minimum diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering
- 3 to 5 years and above of experience in Semiconductor Test and Measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a team player
- Good ability to understand customer needs
- Able to travel for work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
