- Co-work with Training Manager to provide training to a team of Beauty Consultant
- Create, support & deliver e-learning content

**Job responsibilities**:

- Provide orientation training to new Beauty Consultant (Brand introduction, Product knowledge, on-site daily tasks and rules & regulations)
- Conduct follow-ups after orientation to ensure new Beauty Consultant meet the required standards
- Assess all Consultant’s skills performance (assessment - full protocol)
- Gather all Consultant’ performance feedback from Area Manager & Outlet Managers
- Plan weekly training and liaise with respective Area Manager to block training schedule
- Submit weekly training schedule and training report with Therapists’ progress to Branch Manager, Area Managers & Training Manager
- Provide guidance/ address when Consultant faces learning/ performance difficulties

**Job requirements**:

- Processed recognized professional Beauty Therapy certificate will be added advantange
- Minimum 2-3 years training experience or similar industy is preferred
- Basic software skills (MS Word, Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Perfect and high hygiene and grooming standards
- Communication skills, ability to listen and give clear guidelines
- Willing to learn continuously, and transmit knowledge
- Positive and genuine attitude with excellent human relation skills
